Stephen Sayle and Rick Kessler Recognized Among 2011 Top Lobbyists

For the second consecutive year, Dow Lohnes Government Strategies CEO Stephen Sayle, and President, Rick Kessler, have been recognized in The Hill newspaper's Top Lobbyist list. The annual list, determined by the publication’s editorial staff following conversations with members of Congress, key aides and other lobbyists, features the most well-regarded industry advocates, major players and rising stars on K Street. According to The Hill, Kessler and Sayle, both former House Energy and Commerce Committee aides, “have built a well-established lobbying practice.”
