DLGS has sought to bring together a bipartisan team of individuals with extensive public and private, U.S. Senate and House experience. Together they provide comprehensive knowledge on health care policy issues and understanding of the legislative and regulatory processes. This experience and knowledge applies to issues confronting the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, hospitals, physicians and other health-care providers.

As the Administration and Congress considers major changes in federal health policy, DLGS provides clients with timely, knowledgeable and experience-based strategic advice and representation. The team continues to communicate and work closely with key health policy-makers in the Administration and Congress. These relationships allow DLGS to provide clients with current information about emerging as well as current policy issues and proposals that could affect them. It makes it possible for DLGS to help their clients effectively communicate with, educate and guide policy-makers on matters that are critical to their success.

Former Ways and Means Staff Director, and Pfizer Inc. Federal Government Affairs Vice President, Ken Bowler, and former Energy and Commerce Committee staffer, Rick Kessler, lead the DLGS healthcare practice.
