Erin Dwyer serves as Managing Director of Dow Lohnes Capitol Analysis, a division of Dow Lohnes Government Strategies dedicated to providing investors with insight and analysis of political and policy developments in Washington. Ms. Dwyer’s unique background combining capital markets and policy expertise includes nearly a decade with Prudential Financial’s top ranked Washington research team covering telecom, media, and technology issues. In that capacity, Erin advised institutional investors on regulatory, legislative, and judicial developments and the resultant implications for financial markets.

In addition to her capital markets experience, Ms. Dwyer has served as a policy analyst on education and technology programs for the Department of Defense (DoD), including as a member of the team tasked with launching the DoD program providing over $100 million annually in federal funding to military spouses for education and training. Ms. Dwyer also has a broad range of experience in marketing and political strategy, including developing election and convention strategies for private sector clients.
