Ms. Burdock is a Vice President of Dow Lohnes Government Strategies. She joined DLGS in September 2009 to launch Dow Lohnes Green Solutions, of which she is a founding Principal.
Ms. Burdock previously served as Executive Director of the Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing (PATH) program under the Clinton Administration. She worked directly with the President's Climate Change Advisor, the Council on Environmental Quality and the Office of Science and Technology, along with 13 federal agencies. She also served as a senior advisor at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under President Clinton.
Ms. Burdock was also a Vice President at Dutko Worldwide, where she provided management consulting to the Chesapeake Crescent. The Chesapeake Crescent Initiative was created by Governor Martin O'Malley (D-MD), Governor Tim Kaine (D-VA) and DC Mayor Adrian Fenty,and is an action-oriented, public-private partnership committed to advancing regional goals of an innovation economy, environmental leadership and sustainable development in ways that no single jurisdiction or stakeholder could do individually.
Ms. Burdock recently launched the D.C. Chapter of the Renewable Energy Business Network that enables researchers and business professionals with an interest in renewable energy to connect with one another, to promote the growth of the renewable energy industry.
She also serves on the Environmental Steering Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Maryland.
